In corrosive environments Control Panels, Custom Control Panels, Temperature Control Panels are made to withstand corrosive chemical splashes and all components are IP 65 and NEMA 4X rated. NEMA 7 applications are designed with the highest level of intrinsic safety. Our NEMA 7 enclosures can be provided with a porthole approved for the purpose to view digital instruments.

As an example the above control panel is rated at 480 V three-phase with a zero cross over SCR power switching device in a NEMA 4X enclosure using 1/4 DIN temperature controllers with thermocouple type J sensors and through the door digital alarms FM approved for redundant I temperature monitoring of process. The control panel also has heater break alarm and thermocouple break alarm.
